CPA for accounting interns and part time assistant for Edison office
A boutique CPA firm is seeking accounting majors for internship and part-time job at Edison office.
1. This is a long term internship or part-time position, may extend to full time if it works out.
2. You will start as Part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer/Assistant
3. We provide training
4. The hours of the job can be any two days of a week including Saturday and Sunday.
Primary Job function:
1. Bookkeeping and accounting reports, data entry, record keeping
2. Income tax return preparation, payroll filings, sales taxes
Qualification required:
1. The ideal candidate will have a basic grasp of accounting principles and concepts;
2. Proficient with Excel, Word, and MS Office.
3. Very organized, meticulous and detail oriented, demonstrate speed with accuracy in all aspects of the work.
4. Must be able to follow rules and instructions.
5. Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable, reliable, diligent, and self-disciplined.
6. Mature, professional, initiative and self-drive to complete work in time and quality.
7. Proficient English, Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
Big Plus:
1. Personal and Business accounting experience is a plus
2. Proficient in using QuickBooks is a big plus
3. Experience to prepare tax returns, business or individuals
