Summary:
We are looking for a full-time experienced Generalist who is familiar with fulfillment recruitment, employee relations, OSHA, time attendance, training, and is able to perform our office/warehouse administrative and clerical tasks, including, but not limited to front desk work. This position will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and conduct the full life cycle recruitment for multiple fulfillment centers including but not limited to attending job fairs
- Assist new hire onboarding, training, and separation process
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for all recruitment and personnel-related matters
- Assist Payroll Specialist in time attendance tracking and related payroll matters
- Provide consultation, facilitation, and resolution strategies for workplace issues
- Assist Managers in communications between employees and supervisors, corrective action and planning, disciplinary actions, and explanation and clarification of the Company policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Assist HR Manager and Warehouse Director with special research projects
Nonessential Functions:
- Serve visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Plan, design, and decorate the office/warehouse layout/configuration
- Assist in purchasing office/warehouse supply if any - Plan and coordinate company parties with HR department
- Verify invoices and schedule skype interview for HR/GA departments
- Perform other clerical duties that are related to General Administrator/Receptionist/HR/Warehouse
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years Fulfillment HR recruiting experiences and other HR related functions required
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and team oriented
- Proficiency with MS Office software
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bilingual Spanish/English or Mandarin/English
- Experience in working with a culturally diverse environment
